The following conditions and liability clauses apply in accordance with current regulations issued by the National Government:
The tour packages are offered by Tours COLOMBIAVENTURA DMC, who will be called, Operating Agency with National Tourism Registry No. 155732
1. For the provision of the services included in the tour packages, COLOMBIAVENTURA DMC undertakes to always act in good faith and in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Tourism in everything related to the operation and fulfillment of all services included in the tour package.
2. For health safety reasons, once the tours have started, passengers must remain seated until a stop is made.
3. In case of not showing up at the agreed meeting place at the time and date for which the reservation was made, there will be no refund of money.
4. If you wish to change your reservation for another date, you must inform us 48 hours in advance and there will be no penalty. For private groups, you must inform us of the reservation change 72 hours in advance and there will be no penalty, in case of doing so outside this time COLOMBIAVENTURA DMC is autonomous to retain or not for administrative charges $200,000 or the total value of the tour.
5. COLOMBIAVENTURA DMC does not allow consuming liquor inside the bus, receiving people under the effects of alcohol, nor do we allow the consumption of hallucinogens.
6. In case of mechanical difficulties, damage to vehicles, adverse weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond the control of COLOMBIAVENTURA DMC, the development of the tour may present delays in the stop in which they are included, for which COLOMBIAVENTURA DMC undertakes to make its best efforts to ensure that the service is provided in the agreed conditions or to reschedule the Tour.
7. Taking into account that the acquisition of our tour packages includes both the tour and the entrance and food in some places of tourist interest, there will be no refund of the money that has been paid by the tourist, except if the services offered are not possible to receive them for reasons exclusively attributable to COLOMBIAVENTURA DMC.
8. COLOMBIAVENTURA DMC, reserves the right to modify the routes, schedules and services, without prior notice, when there are difficulties to ensure the successful provision of the service.
9. COLOMBIAVENTURA DMC reserves the right to remove from the bus or from the services provided to anyone who, due to a serious cause of a moral or disciplinary nature duly proven, threatens himself, the provision of the service, the staff of COLOMBIAVENTURA DMC, other tourists, property of third parties or third parties; in this case there will be no refund of money.
10. COLOMBIAVENTURA DMC will not be responsible for legal matters or other inconveniences in which the user may be involved and obliged to withdraw from the bus for such reasons, nor for the personal expenses incurred.
11. COLOMBIAVENTURA DMC in the development of the services offered, must respect the maximum quota of entry to tourists that have established the sites included in the package. Taking into account the above, the entrance to them may be limited for reasons beyond COLOMBIAVENTURA DMC in which case will be exempt from providing such service. Users must also respect the entry conditions indicated by each of the tourist sites included in the package.
12. 13. COLOMBIAVENTURA DMC is subject to the liability regime established by Law 300/96, D. R. 1075/97, Decree 2438 of 2010 and other regulatory decrees. The responsibility of the organizer of this plan or tour package is limited to the terms and conditions of the program in relation to the provision and quality of services. Our package and staff offers the traveler a travel insurance, which is included within the price paid for the tour. In the event that the passenger does not provide the identification data required to subscribe the travel insurance, we state that the travel agency COLOMBIAVENTURA DMC is exempt from all responsibility for medical assistance, medicines, laboratory tests, radiographs, hospitalization, surgery, transfers in case of emergency due to illness or accident, sanitary repatriation in intensive care, emergency dental care, transfer of a family member if necessary, payment of air fare difference due to medical disability or death of a family member, and everything that can be covered by the travel insurance, being of your entire responsibility and charge, travel without the mentioned protections assuming personally and in its entirety the risks and costs that may occur on the trip.
14. COLOMBIAVENTURA DMC in accordance with decree 2438 of 2010 do not assume responsibility for events such as accidents, strikes, riots, earthquakes, climatic or natural phenomena, security conditions, political factors, denial of entry permits, health issues, passenger delays, heavy traffic and any other case of force majeure that may occur during the trip and will only commit to provide the services and make the refunds referred to in this decree, as the case may be.
